About Us
Upper Strand Residents' Association (USRA) was formed in September 2009, to facilitate an organised and cohesive approach to topics affecting all residents of the Upperstrand Development, including, but not exclusively, the following:
- Internal and External Communal Areas
- Parking Arrangements
- Security
- Maintenance and Insurance Costs
- Communal Heating System
- Developing a safe and friendly community
Residents' meetings are held annually, and all owners/occupiers are welcome to attend.
